125th St: inaccessible at this time due to construction.

City Hall/Brooklyn Bridge: elevator located on Brooklyn Bridge side of City Hall Park, very visible elevator.

Simpson St: elevator very visible, accessible friendly station, large gap on southbound side.

149th St./3rd Ave: elevator very visible, accessible friendly station.
Borough Hall - light not working on elevator, northbound Access only.

Flatbush Ave./Brooklyn College: elevator not working too well.

Church St: very accessible station

51st Street: 3 different elevators need to be used, high gap.

Pelham Bay Park: buttons don’t light up in elevator, ramp from mezzanine to park is accessible.

Yankee Stadium/161st St: Newly renovated station, elevators working well, there is a maze of elevators and it is hard to find the exit.

8th Ave. Line (A, C, E)
Inwood/207th St., 175th St., 50th St., 42nd St./Port Authority, 34th St./Penn. Station, 14th St., JFK Airport/Howard Beach, Rockaway Park Beach/116th St., Franklin Ave., Jamaica Center/Parsons/Archer, Jamaica-Van Wyck

Inwood/207th St: quite visible elevators.

175th St: entrance at 177th St. and Ft. Washington Ave., elevator from mezzanine to platform broken but no notice that it is broken. Someone already complained about the elevator but the hotline was not notified. Second time I pressed the help button no one responded. Person that booth attendant told me to call was not there and I left a message (No one ever responded to the message). When I came back an hour and a half later I was told that an elevator repairman was coming and that hotline was notified.

50th St: bad working elevators, southbound only.

42nd St./Port Authority: ramps from subway to port authority, good working elevator in port authority, elevator badly marked in Port Authority.

34th St./ Penn. Station: handicap gate does not work well, booth attendant got angry at me because I did not understand what she was saying about the gate. Elevator in Penn. Station. Large Gap
JFK Airport/Howard Beach – Newly renovated station with great working elevators, accessible both north and south bound now, ramp to airport buses.

Rockaway Beach Park/116th St: accessible by ramp to street, no elevator.

Franklin Ave: handicap accessible friendly

Jamaica Center/Parsons/Archer: obvious elevators to platform but hard to find getting to street.

Jamaica-Van Wyck: elevators badly marked.

14th St.-Carnarsie Local (L)
Union Square, 8th Ave., Canarsie/Rockaway Parkway.

Union Square: intercom not working on broken elevator, courteous response by ticket booth employee who gave me the phone number for customer service. Person I called at customer service said that he would get back to me, but he never did.

8th Ave: new subway station with good working new elevators
Canarsie/Rockaway Parkway – access by ramp to street, no elevators, doubles as bus terminal

6th Ave. Line (B, D, F, V)
34th St./Herald Square, Lexington Ave./63rd St., Roosevelt Island, 21st St.-Queensbridge, Yankee Stadium/161st St.

34th St./Herald Square: hard to see elevators, all the way at back, no signs. Uptown platform elevator was broken, intercom was working. 3 days later the elevator was working badly

Lexington Ave./63rd St: elevators are hard to find, no signs to elevators, elevators between Lexington And Park Avenues on 63rd St., lights not working on elevator.

Roosevelt Island: lights not working on elevator, elevators are easy to find.

21st St./Queensbridge: elevators are easy to find, lights notworking on elevator. Elevator to street is very narrow.

Yankee Stadium/161st St: Newly renovated station with elevators working well. There is a maze of elevators and it is hard to find the exit.

Broadway Line (Q, W, N, R)
34th St./Herald Square, 14th St.-Union Square, Prospect Park, Coney Island/Stillwood Ave., 49th St.

34th Street/Herald Square: PATH train elevator can be used to get to mezzanine. Signs are needed to show where the elevator is, elevator buttons are difficult to press.

Prospect Park: Very new, very accessible station

49th St: Northbound only, elevator is part of office building.

14th St./Union Square: elevator located next to Food Emporium, high gap.

Coney Island/Stillwell Avenue: inaccessible at this time due to construction, ramp in station goes to steps (Vague message on hotline about accessibility of station) Person I talked to on accessibility phone line said there was no elevator in the station and that the ramp went down to street level.

66th Street/Lincoln Center: Very visible elevator.

Atlantic Ave: Northbound only.

Flatbush Ave./Brooklyn College: elevator not working too well.

Church St: very accessible station

Simpson St: elevator very visible, accessible friendly station, large gap on downtown side.

149th St./3rd Ave: elevator very visible, accessible friendly station.
